Masterclass
March 19 to March 29, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Maison du Chant
Final showcase during the closing evening: March 29, Théâtre Municipal de l’Odéon
This intensive 10-day masterclass offers eight young students the opportunity to recreate the original score for short films or excerpts from films.
This year’s masterclass is led by Erwann Kermorvant, an eclectic composer known for his collaborations with Olivier Marchal and his expertise across a variety of genres, including crime thrillers, comedies, action films, and dramas. Effortlessly blending orchestral composition with music programming, Erwann began his musical training at the age of seven at the Conservatoire de Lorient before specializing in film music in Los Angeles with Ralph Grierson and at UCLA.
